Posted on Nov 18, 2008 under symptoms of anxiety |

Besides the obvious ones?

I have been in a very stressful situation dealing with hypochondria and havin anxiety attacks(I was on medicine for it for a while, but i’m out now)

Every once in a while..my hands will get tingly..or my foot for no apparent reason. At my apartment it is up and down stairs and every time i walk down them my legs feel like they are going to collapse. Sometimes when I stand up,I will get extremely lightheaded, and sometimes when i am just sitting down.

What is wrong with me?

Is this anxiety or what?
A few weeks ago when I was really depressed,I was holding a piece of paper reading something to someone and my hand would not quit shaking.

sounds like anxiety. first find out what stresses you out.when stressed your muscles gets tense.tense can make your muscles get tired.have had it for 10 years.try sitting in a chair or laying down and just relax every muscle for a few minutes or as long as you want. listen to music on your ipod or whatever.take slow deep breathes also, try to think of something good or try to clear your mind of any stressful thoughts.sometimes i even take a drive and listen to music seems to help relax me. good luck
