I was diagnosed with PTSD at the age of 38. I was placed in an abusive foster home at the age of 5. I was adopted at 7 and thought everything was fine. One event triggered PTSD, I had no idea I had it. If you don’t have a way to get help, keep a journal, it works. I am healthy again and love my life.

This film shows how I felt everyday reliving events that I had totally blocked out. how does that happen? It’s very frightening and the thought of taking your life is a bi-product of PTSD. GOOD POST< BUT JUST DON’T ACT OUT ON YOUR THOUGHTS! It helprd me to keep the gun out of sight. Time is a good healer, one day at a time.
