    anxiety attacks …
anxiety attacks come first. If you don’t take care of them it escalates into Panic Attacks. Do you also have agoraphobia where you don’t leave the house?I don’t recognize your meds. They use Zyprexa, Geodone,Abilify, xanax,Resperidone here in USA. Research it on the web! Good Luck.

    I have had serious …
I have had serious breakdowns and panic attacks, You are on big doses of Citapralom and Propranolol man, i aint no doctor, but i take 10mg of citapralom and 10mg diazepam a day, and works for me. MAIN THING IS, as soon as panic/negative thougts appear, breath, relax and chcuk them out of your mind before anxiety spirals out of control. anxiety is addictive because of serotinon and adreneline rush it realeases. beat it and you aint gonna go mad man.

    there is a root …
there is a root cause of them

find out where and when you are when they happen; keep a private diary of when they happen and learn not to worry too much about life that you can

Try to eat healthy and exercise it will make you feel better

Spend some quiet time as well and get into writing that could help. No one has to read it just get things out on paper.

Don’t complain too much. Remember your choices are half chance, so are everybody else’s

I started getting panic attacks 5yrs ago it was very severe. Since then ive come along way. The best thing i could say 2 u is to try to be more selfless. maybe get involved in charity work. Sumtimes i just offer up the pain for people i love. It doesnt always stop right away but it always changes my attitude. Remember “true love casts out all fear” ST Paul. And also remember that God loves u!!!(He wouldnt have created u otherwise) and Hes holding you in the palm of his hand, so “be not afraid”!!

(continued from below again) I think that these problems may be related, though I am no expert. You should try to deal with the anorexia thing first because I think it could take out two problems at once, personally.

Just noticed the date of this video. Hopefully, you’ve sorted yourself out already but if not, I hope my advice helps.

She still follows this plan and she now looks a lot healthier.

    I’ll give you the …
I’ll give you the advice that I, myself, have been given, which I have only just chose to listen to.
It can have a lot to do with your diet. You say you have anorexia. This may be where the problem lies. I don’t have anorexia, I just eat unhealthily, so I don’t know how hard it is, but my sister was anorexic and she overcame it.
What she did, is she wrote down an eating diary, and weighed up all the calories of foods she’d counted (continued above)

Panic attacks suck ass! Mine consist of heart palpitation (bad ones!) slowed breathing, feelings of spaciness, chest pain and lots of fear. I’ve been getting them for about 2 years. Doc tried several anitdepressents. All made matters worse. Ativan works for me, so he kept me on it. I try not to take it too much because if i do i build up a tolorance and need more. Its hard beleieve me

I can relate to the breathing difficulty and found that an intense exercise program helps. The days I work out there are fewer panic attacks. Absolutely stay clear of drugs and alcohol! Get used to being winded and out of breath. Remember that a panic attack is really just flight or fight response. You need to become a warrior my brother, start training, take care of your body and mind.

This is what you need to do. Pay attention to what is happening to you. All the pains aches and everything. What’s happening is fear of fear. Which is causing the aniexty,
noticing whats going on you can lessen the symptoms you are having and control them. It’s like this, your fueling the symptoms by fear. Don’t fear them, and I can promise you they will calm down and vanish!!! GOD BLESS

Check out Healingmagic and Paul Mckenna. I can assure you that you will find something in both of them to calm yourself and begin to control the shaky feelings. You sound overwhelmed at the moment with life stuff, I too am going through alot at the moment and everyday is a challenge but getting better. Keep us posted!

    well just know that …
well just know that you’re not alone…i go through alot of the stuff you mentioned too. Try behaviour therapy if you havent already. I know it could be qquite expensive but it’ll be worth it if it helps you put. And just really try to be happy and have faith, and find what you really love and do it. Success and happiness will come naturally along with it.
