I so can relate to …
I so can relate to panic and Anxiety! I also have Phobias and Bibolar and also draw Disability over my issues! These problems have caused me to have High blood pressure now and I’m alos just not long ago been put on Blood pressure pills for that at 25 years old. I’m 26 now. I also made a vid that was 10 vids long about my childhood to now. I started getting Disability at 18 and ever sence I’ve gotten way WORSE and meds don’t work for me and not able to hold Jobs as well. So that is my life!

    I had a major …
I had a major re-run of this condition at school 3 years later, school psychiatrist took information from previous condition and diagnosed me with chronic anxiety disorder, which now I know is a pile of BS, because I haven’t had a single incident in a couple of years and feeling great. I went to travel in South East Asia, visited many countries, many dangerous places, got into some extremely risky behaviour with local women, never felt better in my life, I think doctors don’t know squat :)

    I had an affair …
I had an affair with a girl after I recovered from initial case( I couldn’t leave the house for 3 months), I think the generalized anxiety disorder with panic attacks was a wrong diagnosis - at least I did obviously risky things in life and with girls, like unptotected sex or driving my car without a license in extreme weather and little driving experience, it was only during onset of these panic attackes that I felt helpless and fear of dying creeped in. I was no longer aware what caused them.

    Sorry for 4 long …
Sorry for 4 long posts, it was I believe a combination of events that led to my initial panic attacks, a build up of stress in life. This was basically my introduction to the whole anxiety attack scene, it took me a while to believe that there wasn’t anything physically wrong with me at that point and later on. It took some time to sort my life out,I can honestly conclude that I don’t have any medical condition, stopped taking medication ages ago, drink beer occasionally, thrills seeker

    It lasted 2 hours, …
It lasted 2 hours, probably what I had was a series of continuous panic attacks, because later I read they don’t last more than a few minutes, I thought I was having a heart attack, got my cellphone out, but couldn’t dial 911 because my hands were numb, my arms were also numb, my head all around skull was going numb, I could hear blood bursting through ears, it hurt pretty bad, I asked for help a stranger and was told to basically to “f*ck off” which immediately sent me for another spin

Got a new job, had …
Got a new job, had a fight with a manager within the 1st week, went on to dozing on coffee in the morning and beer in the evenings. Didn’t show up for work one day, got a weird onset of a cold( probably from stress), stayed at home for 3 days with lights out, world seemed like a crazy place. Then one day I got out and went to a mall, thinking about the girl( it made my heart race), my family, thinking I may never see them again, I had the first panic attack in public place

So then I got back …
So then I got back to work( at 21), was working 2 jobs, things were going good, went out with friends occasionally, we got into a car accident, crashed into a police car, no-one was hurt. Had a sexual affair with owner’s daughter at work, didn’t work out, quit my job, moved to a new place, my former roomate moved to another country( I had a bit of argument about money with him, didn’t part all tnat well), again isolated, feeling useless, the girl sent me a letter saying she loved another

I lived in a foreign country( canada) since age 17 without financial/emotional support from family. Things were going OK( but really not :), often not being able to pay for rent or food ) I was in a car accident, dislocated my right knee, had to quit my job - wear a brace for 3 months, got out once for a beer and got hit by a car again, this time ligament strain on my left knee, so I had 2 knee injuries simaltaneously, I was stuck at home for 3 months :) Nobody came to help.

Your videos will show people who suffer from this ways in dealing with anxieties. I,ve been there and at times I feel good but at other times I cry for no logical reason or concern. Take care my friend always the best for you
