What are the symptoms of anxiety-depression?
Posted on Sep 25, 2008 under anxiety symptoms |I have been having strange feelings and hope to find that they are normal anxiety feelings. I feel sad (wanting to cry), the latest is an ice cold feeling radiation inwards in my chest and some times my back and legs, is this normal? I have a permanent tic/pain in my left breast, I’ve had EKG’s and am fit as a fiddle. My main worry though is the chill I feel.
Anxiety:
Painful apprehensive uneasiness of mind
usually over impending anticipating ill.It can b felt under diff.cond.;when alone after eating/drinking
wid other physical n mental complains abt financial/bznss matter/in a particular environment.
Common in Yng adlts
Psychological Factors:As a result of failure
:A fear Response
Clinical Manifestations:Referable 2 N.Sys imbal n commonly include palpitations,shortness of breathlessness,dryness of mouth,heaviness of head,giddiness n blurring of vision,xcessive sweating particularly in palm and soles
Psychological Manifestations:Irritability n a morbid fear as if something dreadful is going happen.
Management:
Hospitalisation-acute anxiety.

There might be something in your spine, or a nerve or may be strained muscle, I have the same and I am getting Massage, So go to your GP and explain. Wanting to cry is not only Depression sign, Normally during Depression (i suffered one) I did not cry everything was indifferent for me and I slept a lot, no physical pains, Anxiety is like Panic Attack everyone has different I used to think I am having Heart Attack, Or was dying. Go to GP and Talk to him

I think you should see your doctor. I am also having anxiety problems and that’s what I’m doing about it. See your doctor before things get worse, and he/she will get you medication if you need it. I hope this helps and I hope you feel better soon! =)

I think you should go to a doctor. I have depression and anxiety, but I don’t get a chilled feeling like you describe. i have heard if your thyroid is not right , one of the symptoms is feeling cold, but I’m not an expert or anything
