There might be something in your spine, or a nerve or may be strained muscle, I have the same and I am getting Massage, So go to your GP and explain. Wanting to cry is not only Depression sign, Normally during Depression (i suffered one) I did not cry everything was indifferent for me and I slept a lot, no physical pains, Anxiety is like Panic Attack everyone has different I used to think I am having Heart Attack, Or was dying. Go to GP and Talk to him

I think you should see your doctor. I am also having anxiety problems and that’s what I’m doing about it. See your doctor before things get worse, and he/she will get you medication if you need it. I hope this helps and I hope you feel better soon! =)

I think you should go to a doctor. I have depression and anxiety, but I don’t get a chilled feeling like you describe. i have heard if your thyroid is not right , one of the symptoms is feeling cold, but I’m not an expert or anything
